How to start a return Email support@astomania.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions within one business day.

Condition of returned items Items should be returned in the condition you received them, with all included accessories (crevice tool, upholstery tool, precision duster). Normal use during the trial period is expected and fine — this isn't a "like-new" requirement.
