Refund policy

At Astomania, your satisfaction matters. If you're not fully satisfied with your Astomania GLOW 4D mask, you may return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused or show reasonable signs of normal trial use, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories (cooling pads, charging cable, gift box, and instruction manual).

To start a return, contact us at service@astomania.com with your order number. We'll provide return instructions and a shipping label where applicable. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items are covered under our 2-year warranty and can be exchanged at no extra cost — just reach out to service@astomania.com with photos of the issue.
